Our group enrolls Postdoctors, PhDs, joint-research PhDs, and master students all the year round. We welcome those majors with materials, chemistry, macromolecule, inorganic and physics background to join.

1. Postdoctoral Annual Salary: 420000/380000/300000/260000 + 150000/100000/50000(for those awarded as "Excellent Postdoctoral Researchers" of our university)

(1) For doctors graduating from universities ranked in the top 200 globally, the first 300000 in the annual salary is tax-free. For others, the first 180000 is tax-free.

(2) Criteria for applying the "excellent postdoctoral researchers" (meet simultaneously in principle, but those with particularly outstanding research achievements can apply if only meet one condition):

a. During the postdoctoral stage, publish at least 2 papers in A-class journals;

b. During the postdoctoral stage, host 1 project funded by the China Postdoctoral Science Foundation or the National Natural Science Foundation for Young Scientists, or receive provincial or ministerial level scientific awards, or win gold/silver/bronze awards in the National Postdoctoral Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition.

2. Our Universitys Benefits after Completing the Postdoctoral Stage:

(1) Apply for formal faculty positions through the "Young Topnotch" program, or for research faculty positions through the "Research Series" program.

(2) Those awarded as "Excellent Postdoctoral Researchers" of our university have priority for the formal faculty positions.

3. Shenzhen's Benefits after Completing the Postdoctoral Stage:

(1) Upon completion of the postdoctoral stage, those start full-time employment in Shenzhen and sign a labor (employment) contract with an enterprise or institution for more than 3 years, or engage in independent entrepreneurship and operate normally in Shenzhen, can be granted a total subsidy of 360000 in 3 years.

(2) Upon completion of the postdoctoral stage, enjoy relevant national, provincial, and municipal talent policies in accordance with regulations.

4. Social Security and Migration of Spouse and Children: Purchase relevant social security in accordance with social security regulations. If the spouse and minor children migrate with the postdoctoral researcher, they can apply for Shenzhen household registration.
